The More Things Change, the More They Stay the Same

(no, the matching outfits were not planned)

Okay, to be fair to Niamh I have to say that the poor child has been stuck pushing Rowan in the cart all summer. She will cheerfully push him as long as he wants, but when she wants to be pushed he generally won't do it. So sad to hear from inside "Rowan, push me please? Rowan! Rowan? Somebody push me please!" Having a younger sibling has it's benefits.

  2. As a middle child myself, I think Niamh fortunate: she's learning some things within the love and comfort of her family, whereas older and younger siblings often end up having to learn more the hard way once out in the world. Still, how about a little motor cart for her:)?
