Our Swiss friends, the Girardin's, invited us over for dinner recently and among other things, grilled cheese was on the menu. I believe the cheese in the above photo is camembert.

The grilled cheese I've had just looks like camembert, but it's not as creamy (and not as "fragrant"), and it really needs grilling to bring out its flavor!
