Castle Haut Barr!

We visited Castle Haut Barr while we were in Alsace with the Daigles. It was a bit overcast, so we didn't have a fantastic view, but it was still impressive. We had to climb quite a few stairs to get to the top. Rowan climbed all by himself, but Niamh had to be carried up and down.
Rowan seems much more interested in visiting ruins after visiting this castle.

    Emily, Thanks for visiting my blog and for your comment on my Mama Bear post...felt a little strange to put those thoughts/feelings out there but glad to know I am not alone. This mothering adventure is full of twists and turns both inside and out, isn't it?! Wishing you a similar Mama Bear moment soon (without any falling luggage!). Look forward to following your blog, especially as we prepare to return to life overseas (headed to Sicily, have previously lived in Japan).
