Napping

A week or so ago Rowan took a couple of rare afternoon naps. Must have been a hard week!

    So very sweet. I love watching my children when they sleep...is it weird that I want to pinch them, inhale their scent, or just curl up next to them? It feels like some deep, primal mama reaction that has been happening since both of my kids were tiny. It always stirs up some deep feelings of happiness and nostalgia.

    Lucky him. I sure could use a nap today, but no such luck with school being released early.
